MGT 620 Talent Management Through the Employee Lifecycle

This course exposes students to methods and practices to acquire, engage, and develop talent; focuses on the development of leaders within an organization; and examines how executive succession is managed. Students also learn talent management techniques and how to use them in a profitable way.
